Notes: This small stone-built pier or slipway was constructed by John Gordon of An Àird Dhubh (q.v.) He was born around 1818, and was 83 in the 1901 Census return for An Àird Dhubh. The late Alick Cameron (1906-1999) recalling, his own childhood, remembered meeting Seoc when he was a very old man.
