Notes: Bishop Reeves, PSAS III, p. 281: Leaving the church, and proceeding about two miles in a south-easterly direction, the visitor comes to a place called Suidhe Maree, Maelrubha's seat, which is said to have been a resting-place of the saint. <br /><br /><br /><br />According to the grand-aunt of Rhoda Cameron, who died aged 93 in March 2006, this place was where Maelrubha preached sermons. There are a few old stone ruins in the area, just south of Milltown fank.
