Notes: This corrie is not named specifically on any Ordnance Survey map, even although related features such as Allt na h-Àirigh Riabhaich and Lochan na h-Àirigh Riabhaich appear. It is only named in a Brochure of Sale circulated in July 1887 when Applecross Estate was being valued for sale by the Middleton family: 'The sixth beat, Coire Muc-Toch, includes Corrie Dubh, Corrie-na-Arierioch, and a wide stretch of moorland, the beat being a very extensive one. The starting ground is two miles from the House.<br /><br /><br /><br /> The co-ordinates for this name are approximate, taken near Lochan na h-Àirighe Riabhaich
