Notes: Roderick Gillanders (Ruaraidh Sheòic) gives this name to the Scottish Place Name Survey in May 1971 as a name for (at least) a portion of cfAbhainn Thoghsgaig, before it falls into its lower reaches and passes through the part of the township nowadays called Upper Toscaig, or cfAm Baile Shuas or cfAm Baile Urrad.
